Hand picked bouquet

"Hand picked bouquet", is a Dutch design style created in 2014 by the winner of a TV florist competition, Mr. Anton van Duijn. EFDA has adopted this design into the DFA examination matrix commencing 2025.

Jan van Doesburg

Mr. Jan van Doesburg was a head of Floristry Division, STOAS University of Applied Sciences and Teacher Education – Hertogenbosch. He is a co-founder of European Floral Design Academy and co-founder of Team Florist Europe, guest lecturer, carried out demonstrations, exhibitions, decorations, judging, study trips in Europe, Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea), America and Canada. He is an author of ‘Decoratieve Bloemsierkunst’ and ‘Vegetatieve Bloemsierkunst’ and has articles for Floral Design Magazines and Floral Design Books in Europe and Asia.
